Refund policy

Please note that there is no refund policy. Each candle is custom-made based on the customer’s individual preferences, including scent, design, and personal specifications. Because every order is uniquely created, returned items cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, accepting returns or issuing refunds would be unfair to the business owner.
